What I do
I help asset managers, investment firms and family offices build, stabilise and operate regulated financial structures in Switzerland and across international jurisdictions.
I am typically brought in when structures need to work in reality — not just on paper — particularly in situations involving regulatory pressure, operational complexity or organisational transition.
My work focuses on environments where governance, regulatory credibility and execution must come together.
Typical situations include:
• setup and licensing of regulated financial structures
• restructuring and stabilisation phases
• fit-and-proper board and executive mandates
• investor-led projects entering the Swiss market
• complex cross-border governance environments
• operational implementation under regulatory scrutiny
Who I am
Entrepreneur, board member and interim executive with more than 20 years of experience in international financial services.
I specialise in building and stabilising FINMA-regulated structures, combining governance expertise with hands-on operational leadership.
My background includes executive and board-level roles in regulated asset management environments, with a strong focus on corporate governance, risk management, regulatory structuring and operational execution.
Unlike traditional consultants focused purely on advisory or compliance functions, I operate at the intersection of governance, accountability and practical implementation.
I combine legal thinking, regulatory expertise and operational execution to bring structure, stability and credibility to complex and high-stakes financial environments.
Beyond my professional activities, I have a longstanding interest in visual art and music. I am the founder of Eloxal Prints, a personal art project combining contemporary art, innovative aluminium printing technology and curated cultural events. I am also a pianist and curate music projects.
